- What programs do you use to draw?
I primarily use Adobe Illustrator but also Adobe Photoshop. - What tools do you use to draw digitally?
I draw on a graphics tablet Wacom Intuos 4. - What tools do you use to draw traditionally?
I use various pencils with different sizes of lead and weights, Letraset Tria felt pens, India ink pens with different marks. - Do you accept personalize requests?
If you have a project with a reasonably budget, you can tell me about it at origamigne@gmail.com and I will study it with attention. - I’m fan of your work ; can I copy one of your drawing and post it in my gallery?
If you give me a credit, it’s not a problem to share one of my drawing. - How did you learn to draw?
I drew since I was a child. Then I studied in graphic design schools. But I don’t think that studies are the most important thing here: if you’re passionate, and with a lot of work, everyone can have good results. Magic wand doesn’t exist to improve: only practice, again and again. No one was born talented, all artists work really hard! - What are your art influences?
Firstly my hobbies! Cinema, mangas, animes, US TV shows, martial arts, breakdance… and the world that surrounds me.
2 – Orders
- Why do some prices are different?
There are illustrations that asking me much work and time than others, that’s why you can see some differences with prices. - How do you send the illustration?
The illustration is covered with a plastic pocket and sent in a reinforced envelope so it can be well-protected. - How about the delivery shipping?
Your parcel is sent by post after receiving the payment, between 4 to 6 days. - What delivery options are available to me?
You can choose a simple letter, a tracking letter ou a registered letter. The prices vary according to your choice. - Where are you delivering?
Everywhere in the world ! - What payment options can I use?
PayPal, to guarantee you a secure payment. If you don’t own a PayPal account, don’t worry: you can also pay by credit card through the PayPal site to make sure your payment will be secure. - Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
As long as you didn’t receive an email informing you that the order is validated and the product sent, you can ask a cancellation of the order by contacting origamigne@gmail.com. You will be automatically repaid. - Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
You have 14 days to return a product from the time you received it. You just need to send an email at origamigne@gmail.com. Then you’ll have to return the product in the plastic pocket and the original envelope, and in his original condition: if the product is damaged, no repayment will be made. The repayment will be made as soon as the product is received. - I receive a damaged product. What should I do ?
If you receive a damaged product, let me know about it by contacting origamigne@gmail.com and sending a picture of the product. If the product is well and truly damaged, another one will be sent or a repayment will be made.
